The Exchange is a friendly and welcoming environment to work within. We have enough space to work autonomously, but we’re close enough to have a chat and a coffee with members of other organisations when we need a break. The office space is always kept clean and tidy – and there is always milk in the fridge! Availability to the shared meeting room is very good. To top it off, the Exchange now has a wonderful outdoor space where we can get some fresh air, take a break from work or spend some time with colleagues outside of the office.

The Exchange is such a friendly and easy-going place to work, both for individuals and small organisations who like to work alongside others, either full time or on the hot desks. We have been here 10 years and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else!

Working in the charity sector means that finding premises is tricky due to budget constraints. The Exchange provides an affordable option close to the centre of town – with parking too!

A superb place to work – fellow co-workers with great sense of humour to have a laugh with, share successes with, offer solutions to problems, and provide a shoulder to cry on. After a few years of working at home on my own, this place saved my sanity!

Many thanks for your help with organising our training event in February. The Exchange really is a great venue, right in the heart of Stroud, warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. Participants commented on the décor and relaxed surroundings and lots of people were very appreciative about the delicious food provided by the caterer you recommended! Great service, location and value for money. Thanks – we’ll be back.

I have loved using The Exchange for my Nonviolent Communication training weekends. I have found Reli a delight to deal with, accommodating, helpful and efficient. The facilities (I have used the Robert Owen Room several times) are neat and newly decorated and I look forward to using their larger room soon. I’ve enjoyed having a place to offer training that’s right in the middle of Stroud and is affordable for small workshops.
